This was the best use of my time visiting this Just Tire location. My service agent not only checked me in and out in less than one hour, but also included the information on all my tires. He also gave me a face mask seeing that my own was giving me issues. The sitting area and Bathroom was clean and fully stock with supplies and sanitizer. May I add that I was a walk in customer.

The staff was very helpful and patient with my questions and request. I didnt like that i had to leave my vehicle but it wasnt so bad.

The team was fast and efficient. I was turned away from another location because I didn't know they were taking appointments only. I decided to try the New Carrolton location vs making an appointment at the other location because I was going out of town and wanted to be comfortable on the road. Thank goodness they were taking walk ins. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you all for your great service.
