Not particularly friendly, but service was quick even though they had no idea I was coming
Took over 5 hours for a simple oil change. Front desk said they lost the paperwork and had just found it!
I had miss quotes and they would have charged me more if I didn’t question it. I ask for service checks and they never completed. I took my car in for break checked. They could not find issue. We had great service for years until last few months. Lost us as customers.

I was impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was. It was greatly appreciated.
They are very pleasant but they forgot to tell me things that changed and then after paying a thousand dollars the problem was not entirely fixed as promised.
My GoodYear Card came back as Call Center when I visited. This because I had returned mail back to GoodYear. Not the first times it has happened, but last time a phone number came up on the computer. The manager at the time, Joe- called sorted into out we were good. This was a Sunday. This time when I told happened no help, manager acted like he couldn't have cared less. I had an appointment for 7 AM and I arrived at 7 AM and the lights were out and the bays were closed. At around 10 after seven the lights came on and the bay doors were open. I went inside and checked in and the woman that was helping me was unsure what she was doing. I sat in the waiting room while they were supposed to be working on my car but nothing happened for almost 50 minutes. I was about to leave. Requested work was done well, but office failed to contact me when it was completed. Ended up having to wait almost 8 hours for a 2 hour job. Also, car was left unlocked in parking lot.
i called to see if they had the tired i needed in stock and even though they didn't have it. they ordered it and it came in the morning of the next business day. I set my appointment, came in, and got it all done within 30mins.
