While sitting in the waiting room myself and other customers waiting had to hear the staff ask each other how many "ad on sales they made that month" To listen to them discuss upselling goods/services is tacky!

I went there for oil change and repair a tire. Ended up having a few additional things done which didn't seem unnecessary. The odd thing was, when I picked up my car, the passenger seat was fully reclined and there was a cheap pair of safety glasses on the seat. NAPTIME???? Odd.

With an email confirmation that my online-scheduled appointment was set for 11am, upon arrival at 10:55, I was told the appointment was actually at 8. And instead of having the car ready at 1:30, I would now have to wait an additional 3 hours until 4:30. The online scheduling system basically doesn’t work, likely more of a problem with corporate web site than anything the staff at this specific location could have helped with.

Waited all day for my car. I had brakes/rotors replaced. When it was done I greasy found finger prints covering my rims. I thought the prints would have been cleaned off.
