The best service you will get in special price. I went to Just tires over 2 month ago. They helped me change all four tire in an hour. I had a miss understanding about the tire price after spoke to the gentleman on phone. I got cleared. Highly recommend to go there.

I had a great experience. They were quick to get my Son's car with the right tires at an affordable price using the promotions and when there was a problem with my son's unique rims fitting the originally prescribed tire, they made an accommodation that worked really great and was appreciated. Great group!

Im sorry my last survey was for your Allen main street branch accidently . Although the advisor was friendly and helpful my work was done at the McDermott Allen branch where I usually go.Their quick friendly and helpful towards my balance and rotation needs that are free cause I purchased the new tires in March. I understand the alignment was off in June but after they checked it yesterday in Oct they told me the alignment was better probably cause I luckily hit a bump in the road realigning ...

I forget to wear my mask and politely they offered me a mask and showed me where I can get watter. I changed four tires and they showed me diagnosis of my car alignment. They gave me options of their service and I choose what matches my need and budget. Opposite to other places. They aren’t pusher or aggressive in their marketing of their services and I like that. I will certainly coming back in the future

I original wrote a poor review regarding my experience during a recent tire purchase titled "Dishonest Staff". I was immediately contacted by the manger offering an apology and wanting to make things right. He was sincere and after returning to the shop, he did a nice job of addressing my concerns. I can't edit my original review but wanted to add a new one. Mistakes happen and it's how they are handled that really matters. Thanks for reaching out and caring about your customer's satisfaction.

I purchased new tires on Saturday, 8/29 at Just Tires on W. McDermott in Allen. The experience was wonderful. Chad and team are professional and attentive. I was in and out within an hour on a Saturday! I am very pleased with the exceptional service and quality of my purchase.
