DISHONEST Last year I took my car here for an oil change because they advertised a free tire rotation was included. I marked my tires out of curiousity, and I’m glad I did because they did not rotate them. I had to wait another hour for them to complete the rotation. BUT I understand mistakes happen. My husband brought my car in today because it had a nail in the tire. He asked them to change the oil, repair the tire, and rotate the the tires. When we went to pick up the car, only the oil had been changed. The nail was still in the tire. However; the invoice listed all three services. I purchased 4 new tires with the warranty in Oct 2016. Recently one of my tires had a slow air leak. I have brought my vehicle in 2 times for the same reason. First time they said it was the valve stem. Days later the same tire starts leaking air so I went in again to have the tire checked. I felt the staff wasn't pushy when it came to extra things my truck needed even though I declined several times. I didn't respect how they couldn't take no for an answer.
