Tire Purchase / Installation
Had an appointment for 8AM to get 4 tires and was going to wait. They first couldn't find the appointment because it was made online. Car didn't go in until 9:15 and then the real wait began. It wasn't until 12:30 before they finished the paperwork. Josh is overworked and probably under paid.
In for oil change and tire rotation on Monday. Needed tire. Had to obtain from another store. Went back Tuesday for tire. When I started to leave my car would not crank. He person waiting on me asked another to jump my car off pulling him away from the job he was doing. I asked the first guy about getting a battery because a couple months ago I was told I had a quarter battery left. He assured me the battery would be okay. I specifically asked if he thought it would crank again when I shut it...
I had my oil changed and after leaving I noticed my car pulling bad to the left. I went back and they had to re rotate my tires. Two days later my vehicle would not start. I opened my hood and there was corrosion on my positive battery terminal and the cable was loose. In my opinion the technician should have caught this upon his 39 point inspection. Was well pleased with the helpful and friendly tech and the fast service they performed on my truck.
My battery died across the street at a gas station; they sent one of their technicians to give it a jump and I was able to drive it back to their service center and get my battery replaced quickly and efficiently. I trully appreciate them coming to my rescue and going above and beyond for me. As the terminator says...."I'll be Back" Thank you again for the great service!
I made an online appointment at 0930 on Jan 2. It is Jan 3, 2021 (0952) and I am just receiving my car back. At the time, the wrong number was given therefore I went back to give an updated number. The MANAGER confirmed my number twice in the system and RECITED the number back to me. My car was kept overnight without any notifications AND I still had to pay FULL price for my oil change. My car was kept for 24 hours and no one seem to care to notify me or look into the system for another n...
