We made an appointment and were told it would be a long wait due to the high volume of customers that day. We had to kill time around the attached shopping area since our only vehicle needed a new tire, but it was still a pleasant experience despite the wait. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly and cared about providing the best experience possible. I will definitely be going back for future service.

I was told 2 hours to replace a tire, balance and align. It took 4 hours and 25 minutes. No communication from people who work there. Worst of all, there was no one there waiting. No one. So what took so long? Your guess is as good as mine. I won’t return to this location.

Extreme lack of customer service!!!! The manager was annoyed when I asked if they had done a service I paid for. Took 4 hours and 25 minutes when I was told 2 hours at most when NO one else was waiting for their car .NO one!!!!

Came in with a bad front right tire situation. They got me 4 new tires at a very fair price and did an excellent job getting them on the car. Couldn't be happier.

The Goodyear Store at Bumby Ave is the best Goodyear store in Orlando. When they didn’t have my requested tire in stock, and couldn’t locate the particular model tire among the other Goodyear dealerships in town, the store manager gave me a new “loaner” tire to use, with the same dimensions but slightly different tread pattern, until my tire was delivered ... even when I told them I needed to drive to North Georgia and wouldn’t be returning to Orlando for A MONTH! Wow!! That’s GOOD SERVICE!
