This time good scheduled on weekdays in and out in 45 mins great job thanks labor 50.00 a little high for 2 bulbs but that’s what it is thanks

I went in for a thunking noise when I turned the wheel hard to the right. $650 later, the thunking noise is still present. And, I was charged $150 for an engine diagnostic. Why would I need an engine diagnostic for a thunking noise when I turn the steering wheel?
Tire Purchase / Installation
I had an unexpected bugle in my sidewall. I needed it replaced but my tire was not available. Troy went to Pooler and got one that was available at that store and brought it back to put on my car that day.
Took 27 hours to get a tire changed Also charged my wife 800 for brakes When others would do it for half that Totally a rip off never again until they change management
Oil Change, Other Services
I have been using this location for 14 years. I had an appointment on June 23, 2020 @ 1:00 for oil change and tire rotation and was told it will be a 3 hour wait. I can't wait for 3 hours for this, so i rescheduled to July 2, 2020 @ 11:00, again I was told it is a 2 hour wait. At this time 3 employees were at the front counter, not working standing around talking. I had to stay and get this taken care of, two of the employees that were up front did go to the back and help with the tire rotati...
Friendly and caring attitude.
The team left glue from putting on a set of 4 brand new tires all over the rims and tires of my car. I was extremely disappointed after spending so much money to pick up my car and it having the glue caked on since it was sitting out in the sun a few hours. This location has poor management that’s failing to do all final checks. No car should come out of the shop looking like that. Sadly, I will not be back at the location for services.
The employees called to inform me of other issues with my vehicle. I appreciated them letting me know and advising me on their recommendations.
