I made an an appointment for an oil change 4 days in advance online and was quoted $25 after entering in the vehicle year, make, model, and trim level. When my husband arrived for the appointment on time at 1PM they told him it would take hours. When he can back to pick up the vehicle the price was $51! They said they had to use a different oil and more quarts, even though I had already entered all of the vehicle information before I was given a price online. Then, he tried to use a $5 off co...

I called the place and provided them with all information about the car, tire sizes and what needs to be done. After receiving price quote I stopped by the shop to do the job. The price was 10 dollars more for each tire. I refused to perform this job since was not able to get an answer why the price over the phone was different from the price at the shop.This is not the way to attract customers.

For general maintenance such as tires, brakes, oil, etc, this Goodyear store eliminates the fuss at a good price. This is a well run operation with long-term employees that have seen everything. Good service that is trustworthy

If I would have known what you were going to charge me for mounting and balancing ONE tire, I would have gone elsewhere. I've paid that much for rotation and balance of all four tires. I liked your comment about lifetime rotation on ONE TIRE. I'll go back to doing business at the large wholesale club store where the prices are more reasonable.

I think the labor charges are offensive. I understand labor can be challenging for the mechanics. But make customers drive away, when you see the ridiculous charges when it comes to labor. And inflating the parts is outrageous. I bought the part myself, and Good Year was charging me over 85 dollars more than what cost me and they get better discounts. So I was very disappointed. I think is shameful. I will think twice when taking my car to Good Year for any repair. Sorry.

Manager and techs were amazing as always. Courteous, fast and provided excellent no service and excellent price. Been coming f for years snd will continue to do so Dave

Had a screw in my tire and was told it couldn't be repaired. Went down the street to a competitor and had it fixed in about an hour. Either they don't know how to do this repair or they didn't want to do the repair. This was our first visit and we won't be back.

Staff told me that if you go on line and u schedule that doesn't me they can see me. I had appointment at 6pm and I had to wait until 720pm.....

I have been in twice for flat tire repair, early in the morning before they open, and they are always accommodating, polite, and informative. You can tell they take great pride in their work and customer satisfaction. I will not go anywhere else.

Al the manager is very good, I trust him to give me good service, and great advice. He is an asset to your company.
