I enjoyed my service at Good Year. The air filters are only 14.50, which is pretty cheap compared to dealer prices. The only issue is they tend to up-sell their oils, claiming my car only took the 75 dollar synthetic instead of the regular oil. He also stated he would give me a 10 dollar discount that I did not receive. Polite employees, just too eager to make a few extra bucks off of someone’s ignorance.
I stopped to have a nail puncture repaired and was met with a smile and friendly person. I explained what I needed and was done within 15 minutes and to my surprise there was no charge. That jesture which a plug is not expensive but it meant more to me than all the million dollar ads I have seen on tv. I will be a customer for life
My back tire had a very small leak. I brought my car in to have the tire repaired. they were able to work it in between their scheduled appointments that day. They had it repaired in an hour. Then they went above that and I didn’t have a service charge to repair my tire. I was fully expecting to pay for the repair. Thank you Goodyear Tire in East Peoria.
It was time for new tires. I spoke to the manager and agreed on a course of action. They were ready when I arrived for my appointment and had me out of there with no surprises.

Had a rather time sensitive situation on a Saturday. They took care of everything as promised.
It's disconcerting when a warning light comes on to indicate low tire pressure. Here's hoping that the new sensor valve will provide accurate information.
The people at the service counter were friendly and polite. When asked, "will you grease my car", the answer is always, if it has fittings. When I pick it up I ask "did you grease my car?" It's always, yes. When I get home and check, nothing has been greased and I do have fittings because many parts of the suspension have been replaced. It can't be that difficult to glance at the moving parts to see if they have fittings. They find oil leaks, tire wear, worn rubber bushings, broken sway bar, ...
