Been using Goodyear for the past 7 years since I moved back to New York. Each and every time they have been nothing but honest and fair. Brought my car in most recently for an exhaust issue. They were not able to fix my issue, but were able to recommend another place to go, that was just as honest and trustworthy as them. The gentlemen and the woman at the counter are always very friendly and helpful! Won’t go anywhere else!

They repaired two tires for. However the next morning they were both flat. Had to go to my dealer and got tires replaced

I always hate having to go through the hassle of getting an oil change, but now that I have found this store it is no big deal. They are very quick and friendly :) Plus the cost beat any other place I have gone to by far.

Very unhappy with the service provided as of today when I came down to have some work done it ended up costing me money cause of the incompetence of the mechanic who was on duty I will never let that person ever touch my vehicle again , management needs to find real mechanics to work at that facility!
