The store personnel were friendly and helpfull. The tech who worked on my vehicle was knowledgeable.

Would have liked a trash receptacle within the waiting area instead of having to walk to the bathroom It was nice they had a TV to watch but where was the remote

I PURCHASED AND HAD INSTALLED BY GOODYEAR EATONTOWN NJ TWO SETS OF NEW TIRES FOR MY 2009 DODGE RAM PICKUP AND 2013 FORD ESCAPE. THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND DID A PERFECT JOB. THEY ALSO POINTED OUT SOME LIGHT MECHANICAL WORK I SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT I WILL SCHEDULE AT A LATER DATE. OVERALL A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!

Took me right in and was very nice. Job was done well and wait time was minimal.

They were very nice, I had a nail in my tire, took my car in right away was completed in minutes!

While taking my son back to college we had a flat and had to use the doughnut spare. We found a service center in Glenn Allen, VA. We arrived just before they opened. The service was excellent. They understood what our needs were and gave us the best service available. Got us out with a new tire in 45 minutes. Could not have asked for anything better. They made a bad situation better. Thank you.

Good price and fast. However there was 1 problem: the first person who took care of me did not include the free installation promotion in the price even though she mentioned it and even told me when it ended. She said she would "take care of it" and told me to sign anyway. Then I when back to pick up my vehicle and the guy who rung me up also tried to charge me for installation. Wonderful experience! Needed 4 new tires on my Jeep. Shirley was knowledgable and friendly! But most of all - honest. I would recommend this Goodyear store to anyone who needed tires and I would definitely refer them to Shirley!

I came in to the Eatontown store with a flat tire and a look of panic. The woman at the desk was so nice and checked immediately to see if they had my tire in stock. They would not have it until the next day and I was told to come back anytime and they would change the tire.I received a call the next morning telling me they had the tire. I couldn't get back there until 5:00 PM and they took me right away even though they were busy I was in and out in 20 minutes. The price wasn't too high ...

I went in on a Friday with a rock the size of my thumb wedged in my tire. I left less that 40 minutes later, with a repaired flat and a quote for brake service which they identified as being needed in the near future. I believe they could have told me I needed to purchase a new tire, and who knows, probably would have bought one, but rather they were honest. they repaired my tire and got me out of there in less than an hour.
