Made an appointment online and Goodyear called to confirm. When I showed up they kept the appointment - on time - and they had my tires waiting. Reviewed all work to be done. No surprises. Fair price. Friendly and professional.

They did something to my hub cap then replaced it with something else wen I told them they said I came there with one different hub cap then my other 3 which all matched like I’m going to spend $1000 on new tires from them and lie about having tell 4 matching hub caps then then didn’t set my sensor back and wen I went back the next day to get it done they not only had attitudes but they then went down my information center on my dashboard and then tried to tell me that my car was old a 2009...

I had a nail in my tire apparently. I kept loosing air. I brought my car in. The nail was in an area that they could plug and best of all when it was done and I went to pay, IT was FREE !! Woo boo. I will return as a customer in the future

Luke at Levittown was very accommodating when I told him I had a repairman coming to the house . I got a slice on the sidewall days before and barely made it home from nyc on fix a flat . He pushed me right through to get me a new tire and out of there .

The manager, Steve, and the young man who put my new front tires on my car, were personable and friendly and seemed interested in helping me. I had a flat and was on my doughnut and needed new tires immediately already after 5 pm. They got me good tires at a reasonable price, put them on in short order, put my doughnut back (after adding air!) and generally made me feel like there are still people out there who want to help customers. Thanks.
