One-Hour Tire Installation at Goodyear Auto Service

All Just Tires customers who make a qualifying new tire purchase and installation appointment at one of the participating Just Tires outlets in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area will receive a $100 discount off the tire purchase portion of that purchase and installation invoice if Just Tires does not complete that tire installation within one (1) hour of the scheduled appointment time. The Guarantee extends only to the original purchaser and the motor vehicle identified on the invoice. Qualifying installation appointments can be made at a participating Just Tires outlet or online at justtires.com or goodyear.com by selecting Just Tires outlet as an installation location. A qualifying new tire purchase means the purchase of four (4) new tires, subject to the exclusions listed in this Guarantee, with a standard installation package including mount and balance with tire pressure monitoring system (“TPMS”) kit and TPMS reset. Commencement of one (1) hour time frame starts at the start of the booked appointment time and continues until the standard tire installation is complete which is defined as when the tire(s) have been installed, mounted and balanced, the TPMS has been reset, customer’s vehicle has been parked in the Just Tires parking lot and customer has been notified of such completion in person, by phone call, voice mail, email or by text message. See exclusions listed below. Tire purchase and installation service is subject to Just Tires invoice terms available at participating Just Tires outlets. Tire Exclusions: Tires rim diameters larger than 30” and widths more than 335. Tires for non-standardized equipped vehicles or vehicles that have original suspensions that were modified. Tires for any government or national accounts or for dually trucks, commercial vehicles, RVs and trailers.
Guarantee does not apply if customer requested the incorrect tire size when making purchase and installation appointment. Guarantee also does not apply if vehicle has missing or broken wheel studs or if the TPMS is not functioning properly. Tires must be in stock at the store location to qualify for the Guarantee.
Exclusions to Guarantee: Guarantee does not include time for any wheel alignment(s) or any other service not included in the standard tire installation package. Guarantee does not apply if customer is late for their scheduled appointment time. If customer is late for their scheduled appointment and Just Tires is able to accommodate them at a new scheduled appointment, then the one (1) hour Guarantee period commences at the new rescheduled appointment time and not at the original appointment time. Guarantee does not apply to cancellations or appointment delays related to any event beyond the reasonable control of Just Tires.
Customers must be: (i) legally and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) at least 16 years of age at time of participation; and (iii) possess a valid driver’s license. Other conditions and restrictions may apply. Employees, including their immediate families and members of the same household, of Just Tires are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Just Tires reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend Guarantee at any time and for any reason with or without notice.
Just Tires may prohibit a customer’s participation in the Guarantee if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said person is attempting to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Guarantee by deception or other unfair practices, intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass Just Tires or any other person, to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
